(EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY)

What is your exchange/refund policy?
We understand that buying shoes online can be tricky business, with every foot shape being different, and every company offering different sizing.

If you purchase a pair of Luludu ethically made crochet shoes and they are not the right fit, we are happy to either exchange them for you, or alternatively we can refund you the full sale amount (excluding shipping) provided they are returned in the same state you bought them in (unworn, undamaged and not worn outside), with tags still in tact.

Unless the product received is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for postage fees to return the item. Original postage fees shall not be refunded. We recommend using a traceable method of post to ensure the safe delivery of your item, as we will do for you. 

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will send you instructions on how to complete your return.


(PRODUCTS)

What size shoe will fit me?
Most sizes will be the same as your normal shoe size, however you can find measurements on the product pages. We recommend ordering a size around 5 - 10mm longer than your foot to ensure your toenails do not strain the crochet.

What happens if my shoes break?
Do not throw them away! In some rare instances, the yarn can weaken where your toenail continually rubs.
If a hole appears stop wearing them immediately. The sooner we save them the better!
You can send them back to me with a pre-paid return postage bag, and I will try my best to repair them - free of charge.

Recently a few pairs of shoes have started to unglue around the base of the shoe. We are working hard to ensure this doesn't happen, however if your shoes do become unstuck please post them back to me and we will re-glue the base free of charge within 3 months of purchase.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
